How to use:
– First, clean the desired surface from any contamination (grease, dust).
– Cover the prepared surface with Cellulosic putty, polyester putty or sealer and wood primer or Tehran Nowzhan Cellulosic paint (if needed).
– Stir the contents of the can completely and mix it with the hardener at a ratio of 10 to 1 and dilute it with Cellulosic thinner (viscosity 18 to 20 seconds Din-Cup 4) as needed.
– Use a gravity feed spray gun with an output of 1.2 to 1.5 mm, or a bottom suction feed gun with an output of 1.4 to 1.6 mm with a pressure of 3 to 4 bar atmospheres.

Polyester Wood Varnish – Matt
Polyester or acid curing is a transparent two-component varnish with a honey color or colorless, which is used as a final coating in wooden structures. By two components, the semi-polyester must be combined with a hardener to undergo a chemical reaction to harden. Most of the wooden structures you see around you are covered with this color. In fact, the use of semi-polyester in the wood industry is much higher than other cellulosic paints.
