This paint is made on the basis of air-dry alkyd resin and according to the mild whether conditions, it is made with first-class quality and has excellent gloss, flexibility, adhesion and durability.
How to use:
First, clean the desired surface from any pollution (grease, rust, dust).
Cover the prepared surface with Tehran Nowzhan putty and primer (if needed).
Stir the contents of the can completely and dilute with oil thinner (viscosity 18 to 20 seconds) as needed.
Use the gravity feed spray gun with an outlet of 1.2 to 1.5 mm, and the suction feed spray gun with an outlet of 4 to 1.6 mm with a pressure of 3 to 4 bar atmospheres.
After applying these products on metal surfaces, they can be dried and hardened for 1 hour at room temperature and 4 hours in an oven at 80 degrees Celsius.
